1. Privacy Policy
What we collect: name, email address, business details you give us, eBay seller account authorisation tokens, supplier (e.g. CJ Dropshipping) API keys you choose to add, and order details imported from your eBay account (buyer name, delivery address, items, tracking) needed to fulfil orders.
How we use it: to run your account, list products on your eBay account at your request, sync stock and prices, import and fulfil orders, push tracking numbers to eBay, and provide support.
Sharing: we share data only with the services needed to run the platform (eBay, supplier platforms such as CJ Dropshipping and AliExpress, our hosting provider). We do not sell personal data.
Retention: account and order data is kept while your account is active and as required for legal and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights (UK GDPR): access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection. Email us to exercise them. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
Security: access is protected by login, tokens are stored server-side, and connections use HTTPS.
2. Cookie Policy
We use only essential cookies (login session and security). We do not use advertising cookies. Your host or CDN may set technical cookies for performance and security.
3. Terms of Service
- Accounts are created by NextFone LTD; keep your login details private.
- You are responsible for your eBay account, your listings, and compliance with eBay and supplier policies and applicable law.
- Product information, scores and profit figures are estimates and not a guarantee of sales or profit.
- We may suspend accounts that break these terms or misuse the platform.
- The service is provided “as is”; to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, or third-party platform outages.
4. eBay Data Notice
When you connect your eBay account you authorise us to access it using eBay’s official OAuth, only for listings, inventory, offers, and order fulfilment. You can disconnect at any time from the eBay tab or revoke access in your eBay account settings. We honour eBay Marketplace Account Deletion notifications by removing the affected user’s data.
5. Refund & Shipping Policy
Orders to your customers are fulfilled by third-party suppliers. Delivery times depend on the supplier and shipping method shown on the product. Returns, refunds and disputes on eBay sales are handled by you as the seller under eBay’s rules; we assist where reasonably possible. There is no billing or subscription charge through this portal.
